I've talked about meditation before and how it can help with a whole host of things.
Since I started this summer, I've felt calmer and small things have bothered me less.
Best of all, I feel more capable in day-to-day situations.
All this from just 5-10 minutes a day of sitting quietly, looking inward and focusing on my breathing.
However I appreciate when you sit down to do it, it can feel surprisingly daunting.
So having researched various videos, I've found the simplest, most effective Guided Meditation video for you to use to help you meditate.
And it's just five minutes.
To best do it, sit upright in a chair, feet flat on the ground, hands resting lightly on your thighs.
Shut your eyes and listen to the video - you may wish to use headphones if you're in a noisy environment.
In the same way we train to increase our strength and flexibility, we can improve how our brain functions and how we deal with the stresses we encounter every day simply using this form of meditation.
