The A - Z of a Fitter You; O is for...

We're now more than halfway through this email-based slog.

Look, I'm as surprised as you are that I haven't missed one yet, but - and here's the amazing thing, they're working. This isn't to boast, and yes, I write them on one hand, because I genuinely love fitness, health and helping people (with their fitness and health), But - and I'll be surprised if you're surprised by this - they are also to, ultimately, make me some money. CONTROVERSIAL! And they are doing that. Since the first letter (the very cheery, 'A is for Atrophy') I have acquired one new face-to-face client, one new online training client and sold three meal plans. Result! Why? Because I have stuck to it. I said I was going to email everyday - for free - health, fitness and mindset tips, and I've done just that. Consistently. Which is what makes anything work. - Making money from writing emails - Working on your body, health and mind - Studying... things - And so on What made it all easier, was that I had a plan. I knew what I was going to do. And I stuck to it. And it's paying off. Only 11 more of these to wade through! And of course, if I've proved sufficiently that I know what I'm talking about, give me a shout, and we'll develop a plan for your health, fitness and mindset. For example, my client Lara, who I have been training twice a week, for only 30 minutes at a time did a fitness test with me four weeks ago. It was really simple: 12 press-ups, 12 squats, 12 sit-ups, then a 150m run, twice through. She did it again this morning, and was 1 minute 2 seconds quicker than when she first did it.
