I've created various meal plans (based on different goals) which you can follow.
Everything is simple to buy, prepare and cook.
It's all filling, wholesome food that will ensure you don't go hungry.
Recipes are included where necessary, but most meals are straightforward and will fit into your life and wallet - ie. none of Gwyneth Paltrow's moondust smoothies - I mean COME ON.
So if you're looking to lose some fat and build a bit of muscle (basically everyone, me included), I have a meal plan that will work for you.
They're just £10 each and include:
- Seven different breakfasts
- Seven different lunches
- Seven different dinners
- Lots of lovely snacks
- Drink ideas
I'll need some basic information from you (height, weight, etc) so you receive a personalised one.
**Apologies for this, but the meal plans are currently only for omnivores - ie. meat is involved, so I can't help you if you're a vegetarian or vegan**
