Never feel self-conscious at the beach again

This is so simple to do, though it may take a few goes to make it stick. It's this:

Just remember, that no-one is actually looking at you.

If you're feeling self-conscious, think about how you feel and realise that everyone else is feeling exactly the same.

EXACTLY. THE. SAME.

So while you may have opened this email thinking it had a workout for your 'stubborn areas' or worse still, that it was going to body-shame you in some way (I will never EVER write emails that do that - I've got your back), it's the opposite.

Here's another way to look at it...

How to have a Beach Body

  1. Have a body

  2. Go to the beach

  3. That's literally it

The sooner you can learn to love the skin you're in, the happier you'll be in all parts of your life.

If that comes from doing exercisey stuff? Great!

If it doesn't? Also great!

In the words of the great RuPaul:


"If you can't love yourself,
how in the HELL are you going to love someone else?"
