On Taking Responsiblity
Sometimes I write fluffy, 'humorous' emails.
And sometimes I write ones with a slightly more serious theme. And this is one of those (but don't worry, there's still a nice picture of Britney with a whip to bring it to life). However I'm going to keep it short. If you want something, you can't rely on someone else to get it or do it for you. If you don't get it, stop making excuses and blaming other people, and take responsibility for yourself. Let's look at two examples:
A public vote to elect a new leader - Yes, you wanted your choice to win, but did you vote? Did you want it enough to encourage other people to vote for your choice? Or did you just post on facebook (to your friends) that that they should do what you were almost certainly going to do?
The body you've always wanted - There's nothing wrong with wanting an aesthetically pleasing body - yes it will be healthier and stronger too and may help you attract a 'mate', but have you actually stuck to anything to make it work? Have you consistently eaten good choices, have you stuck to a workout routine for more than a week? Have you cut down or even given up alcohol?
None of the above is to shame or embarrass you - god knows we get enough of that from the outside world - life in 2016 is tough enough. However, until you take responsibility for your actions, and therefore control of actions, it's nigh on impossible to achieve anything worthwhile Let's end with the immortal words from the song from the pic above: "You want a hot body? You want a Bugatti? You want a Maserati? You better work bitch!"
Hit me up if you're ready to step up and take responsibility and build that body you've always dreamed of, I have a few face-to-face slots available, and my more accessible online training has kicked off brilliantly. Matt "tough love" Boyles
