My unique 12 Minute Fix will get you fit in just 12 minutes a day. You can do it anywhere, and you don't need anything other than your very good selves. Here's how it works:
12 minutes, 12 exercises. You work for the same portion of each minute, and rest for the remainder of that minute. When the next minute starts, start the next exercise.
I have filmed two, which are both on this very website along with both sets of 12 exercises written out and explained for you. One uses a set of dumbbells, one is purely with your bodyweight.
If you're just starting out, work for 20 seconds, then rest for 40.
If you've been cracking on with your fitness, try 40 on, 20 off.
And if you're up for the challenge, why not give 55 seconds on, 5 seconds off a go.
That's the beauty of the 12 Minute Fix: you don't need anything else, just make it tougher and swap different exercises in, should you need a change.
Plus, everyone - yes, even you - can find 12 minutes in their day to get it done. Once a day would be marvellous, once a day for a week, would be amazing, and once a day for a month and you'll see some serious changes.
Can you give that a go? Any questions, let me know.

Why? Because you're amazing.

PS. Here are some things that take more time than the 12 Minute Fix:
An episode of 'The Archers' (ask your Grandparents)
A 15 minute nap
Listening to the new Lady Gaga single (alright, it just feels longer)
Cooking slow-cooked pork
And so on
