FCY: Press-up Challenge
The start of a month is as good a time as any to set yourself a new challenge!
So give my 31-Days-in-May Press-up challenge a go!
Very simply, choose an amount of press-ups you can do, and add 10 and that's your starting number. Do that every day for the first seven days, then add 10 more.
You can do them on your knees and split them up during the day, but get them done! Warm up with some arm circles and 30 seconds of shadow boxing.
PLUS! Take a photo today and again in 31 days and I know you will see awesome development!
