Or is it? Well, clearly it is.
But do you need them?
Well, clearly, yes you do for a healthy and normally-functioning mind and body.
But what about vitamin supplements?
Ahhhhh, good question.
When you're looking to change your body's composition for the positive (ie. lose fat, gain muscle or grow another arm) the number one most important thing you have to nail first of all, is your diet.
You've probably heard that losing fat is 75% diet, 25% exercise, and that's

Look, if being a member of my mailing list isn't working for you, just unsubscribe. A cluttered inbox is no help to anyone, and will only contribute to your day-to-day stress.
So if these aren't helping you, if they're not of interest, please unsubscribe.
Speaking honestly, I would rather have a smaller list of people who were all engaged and interested in what I'm writing.
This - as with most things - applies to all areas of life.
Friends.
Gym memberships.
Jobs.

Let's start with some philosophy: Baby, can't you see, I'm calling
A guy like you, should wear a warning
It's dangerous, I'm falling
There's no escape, I can't wait
I need a hit, Baby, give me it
You're dangerous, I'm loving it
Too high, Can't come down
Losin' my head, Spinnin' 'round and 'round
Do you feel me now?
Oh, The taste of your lips, I'm on a ride
You're toxic I'm slippin' under
With a taste of a poison paradise
I'm addicted to you, don't you know that

Amazing
I have been called many things during the sessions I have conducted over the last four and a half years, but that's my favourite.
And then he did the Metabolic Finisher

This follows on from the previous post about looking after yourself. I know when we're younger, sleep is the first thing to brush aside.
Late nights, early starts, lost weekends.
You feel invincible and indefatigable
.And then you turn 30 and... Well it's just not quite as easy.
You might still want to party and get drunk, but the hangovers and hang over of the weekend get harder to shift.
If you've burnt the candle at both ends you discover it has an effect on your

You have to look after yourself, to be able to look after anyone else. I'm using the phrase 'look after' loosely here.
I don't necessarily mean 'physically care' for someone who needs constant attention, just give someone any kind of care.
You have to be selfish about your health; your physical, mental and emotional health.
Having said that, what helps keep you sane and balanced is different for everyone.
I know I have to get four or so workouts in a week to enable me
