We're now more than halfway through this email-based slog. Look, I'm as surprised as you are that I haven't missed one yet, but - and here's the amazing thing, they're working.
This isn't to boast, and yes, I write them on one hand, because I genuinely love fitness, health and helping people (with their fitness and health),
But - and I'll be surprised if you're surprised by this - they are also to, ultimately, make me some money.
And they are doing that
The unknown can be scary. Of course it can.
Not knowing how things will work out - we're so often wired to expect the worst.
I've touched on the inaction caused by this fear before, but I'm here to tell you, in no uncertain terms:
There is nothing to fear about starting to exercise a bit more and starting to make some healthier food choices.
Think it through:
Walking into a gym (or any situation) as a newbie, we're conditioned to be intimidated by the others there.
Life is busy. Food choices are complicated. Fitter You is here to make that part of your life easier. I've created various meal plans (based on different goals) which you can follow.
Everything is simple to buy, prepare and cook.
It's all filling, wholesome food that will ensure you don't go hungry.
Recipes are included where necessary, but most meals are straightforward and will fit into your life and wallet - ie. none of Gwyneth Paltrow's moondust smoothies - I mean C
Time for an actually useful one (!) ying cycles are awesome.
Maybe you know them as 'bicycle kicks'.
Or maybe you know them as 'leggy circling crunches'.
Whatever, if you're lying on your back, hands on temples, elbows wide, leaning your left shoulder to your right knee, while your left leg kicks out fully along the ground, we're in business.
The American College of Exercise (yes really) have decided it's one of the best you can do, and who are we to argue with Americ
Calm down dear, it's just a song by a band! And a very good one too, hence why it has made it into my ultimate workout (or just, power-you-through-the-day) playlist!
Here it is, for your aural stimulation.
Now let's take a closer look: Krack - Soulwax; an amazing way to start; sounds like a power station having a nervous breakdown Jitter - Grace Mitchell; even a few years after its release, this still sounds completely fresh and unlike anything else out there Alors en Dan
"In two months you have completely changed my body shape" - Kassia. We're (almost) a quarter of the way through the year.
(Don't worry, this isn't about rushing to get a 'summer body').
Kassia started training with me in mid-January.
We have seen each other twice a week in that time (and only missed a couple of sessions, because as we know and expect, life sometimes gets in the way).
She has also been doing The 12 Minute Fix at home, a few times a week.
For a far healthier online experience, whenever you see something on social media, just repeat the following mantra: It's not real!
Try that again:
It's not real!
This is relevant, because everything - EVERYTHING - you see online, has been doctored in some way.
Everyone - me included - stage manages their online persona to some extent, meaning it's impossible and pointless to use that as any kind of benchmark for your life, your progress and your h
This one won't be that popular. It doesn't always apply to everyone, however... When you think you're hungry, you're actually not.
If you're trying to lose some fat, then there is one thing to remember:
You need to burn more calories than you put in (or 'eat' as some people say).
That is literally it.
Part of this process, may well be eating less than you are used to; going for slightly longer between meals; eating slightly smaller portions.

It's no wonder so many of us struggle with our health, fitness and mindset. There is so much information out there, and sometimes it all seems to contradict itself.
So of course, when faced with thousands of options and magic shakes and diets and pills, people just freeze.
And do nothing.
Or just do what they've always done.
So if I can help just one person see through all the fitness gubbins out there, then I've done my job.
Here's *literally* all you need:

I'm just going to say this first part quickly, to rip the plaster off as swiftly as possible... HERE IS NO QUICK FIX.
The sooner you come to terms with that, the happier you'll be with your fitness/exercise/anything progress.
While it needs a bit of commitment and consistency, it doesn't need to a seismic shift in your day-to-day life.
Which is why I created The 12 Minute Fix.
12 minutes a day will start to get you fit.
Here's how it works: There are 12 e
