We're now more than halfway through this email-based slog. Look, I'm as surprised as you are that I haven't missed one yet, but - and here's the amazing thing, they're working.
This isn't to boast, and yes, I write them on one hand, because I genuinely love fitness, health and helping people (with their fitness and health),
But - and I'll be surprised if you're surprised by this - they are also to, ultimately, make me some money.

The unknown can be scary. Of course it can.
Not knowing how things will work out - we're so often wired to expect the worst.
I've touched on the inaction caused by this fear before, but I'm here to tell you, in no uncertain terms:
There is nothing to fear about starting to exercise a bit more and starting to make some healthier food choices.
Think it through:
Walking into a gym (or any situation) as a newbie, we're conditioned to be intimidated by the others there.

Life is busy. Food choices are complicated. Fitter You is here to make that part of your life easier. I've created various meal plans (based on different goals) which you can follow.
Everything is simple to buy, prepare and cook.
It's all filling, wholesome food that will ensure you don't go hungry.
Recipes are included where necessary, but most meals are straightforward and will fit into your life and wallet - ie. none of Gwyneth Paltrow's moondust smoothies - I mean C

Kassia started training with me in mid-January.
We have seen each other twice a week in that time (and only missed a couple of sessions, because as we know and expect, life sometimes gets in the way).

This one won't be that popular. It doesn't always apply to everyone, however... When you think you're hungry, you're actually not.
If you're trying to lose some fat, then there is one thing to remember:
You need to burn more calories than you put in (or 'eat' as some people say).
That is literally it.
Part of this process, may well be eating less than you are used to; going for slightly longer between meals; eating slightly smaller portions.

It's no wonder so many of us struggle with our health, fitness and mindset. There is so much information out there, and sometimes it all seems to contradict itself.
So of course, when faced with thousands of options and magic shakes and diets and pills, people just freeze.
