My unique 12 Minute Fix will get you fit in just 12 minutes a day. You can do it anywhere, and you don't need anything other than your very good selves. Here's how it works:
12 minutes, 12 exercises. You work for the same portion of each minute, and rest for the remainder of that minute. When the next minute starts, start the next exercise.
